I was talking to Mike Fortson this evening. By the way my name is Xxx Xxxxxxxx. I reside in Toledo, Ohio. I have never talked about the UFO i saw on a hot summer night in Phoenix, Arizona. I am starting to talk about it now and also I am going to draw a picture of what I saw. I am a carpenter and have some engineering background.
I know what i saw and also the size of it. It also had railings all the way around it. The craft was huge but my minimum estimate is it was L shapped. The long part of the L was about 6 football fields long the short part of the L was about 200' long the depth was about 9-10' and it had a railing about 5' tall all the way around it. The railings had a light at every post all the way around the craft. The lights were like solar lights and were the color of solor lights. They seemed to be to give some light to the deck of the craft and not for avation or anything like that. The craft had NO MOTOR, No power noise of any kind it was just like it was smoothly glidding across the earth and it was right in front of my face like 100-150' above me moving to the south-east over phoenix.
I am going to draw a picture of it in the best detail i can and i am going to have a artist or someone color it in for me till i get it the best i can. This has been a awsome experience and i have held it in for many years as i thought no person would understand me. I also thought people would think i was crazy. At this time in my life I dont care what anyone says. I am going to draw it and share my experience with anyone that wants to know about it.

A motion Has been made. CCRF seconds the motion.The following statement has been drafted as a result of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure (below). Given that the UFO Phenomenon is a global phenomenon, the United Nations is clearly the venue where a world-wide conversation addressing the "Extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race" must begin. Crop Circles Research Foundation proposed such a strategy long ago ( see "The Petition" on this wesite), and we are elated to see just such a proposal result from the CHD. There can no longer be any doubt that the UFO Phenomenon is real. What must now be determined is who or what the intelligence is behind the UFO, and how humanity will go about establishing a diplomatic relationship with these visitors from afar. Dr. Michael Salla has termed this "Exodiplomacy".

Washington, DC - On May 3, 2013 members of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure Committee and Hearing witnesses representing ten UN member nations met at the National Press Club to draft a statement seeking United Nations review of evidence of a possible extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. The result is the following communiqu'e:

From April 29, 2013 to May 3, 2013 researchers, activists, political leaders, and former members of military services and government agencies representing ten countries gave testimony in Washington, DC to six former members of the United States Congress. After hearing this testimony these members issue the following statement:
Whereas: given the unfolding scientific understanding of the number of potentially life supporting planets within Earth's home galaxy, it would be the height of arrogance to assert that humans are the only sentient beings within that galaxy;
Whereas: given that credible witnesses have brought forth overwhelming scientific evidence documenting the current presence of unidentified and unexplained aerial craft that many believe to reflect an extraterrestrial intelligence;
And Whereas: given the enormous global implications if these craft are, indeed, of extraterrestrial origin, such an issue is a matter for the General Assembly of the United Nations;
Therefore, we the undersigned request the Citizen Hearing Foundation use its offices to organize interested parties and raise the funds necessary to pursue a global campaign to convince one or more nations to propose a resolution within the General Assembly calling for United Nations sponsorship of a world conference addressing the possible evidence for an extraterrestrial presence engaging this planet.
