Real Physical Evidence Is Needed

Real Physical Evidence Is Needed
I know that I'm not the only person to have said this, but it's worth restating. When it comes to Bigfoot, Nessie, and all the other cryptozoological entities, only real physically indisputable evidence will do. And the same applies to other categories such as ghosts, faeries, etc., not to mention UFOs and alien abduction. All too often we see images on the net that are either too indistinct, blurred, out-of-focus, or too clear to be believed. These images are only too prevalent, especially now that we live the in the age of Photoshop, good homemade videos, et al. Because of their pervasiveness we may be in danger of throwing the baby out with the bathwater! At which point you may well ask about casts of supposed Bigfoot, or hairs recovered from places they have purportedly been seen. So far, to be the best of my knowledge, no hairs have produced scientifically tested evidence. They seem to come back from labs with the results stating that they belong to some large primate or other. And, for me, plaster casts prove nothing as they could be faked. It goes without saying that the majority of these things may be paranormal in essence. If they are, then that could account for the way in which so many people report that nothing shows up on a camera used to take pictures of them. And yet, against this one might put the fact that many believe that Orbs are paranormal, but they do show up on film; as does the rare ghost. My personal belief is that the majority of these entities are paranormal in origin. I also think that there is a strong degree of electricity involved in some sightings. This may be particularly true in the reports of car engines cutting out for no reason, only to work perfectly again once the sighting is over. The only evidence of any of these things that would convince me is if a live, or dead, entity was found and proved to be a species that had been unknown to us.With all of that said, we do need to be careful not to dismiss all images out-of-hand, just in case one might show the real thing. However, the digital age has a lot to answer for!
