I'm much more of a water/ocean/coastal woods type of person, but I can see myself in New Mexico. I think there is something magical, or mystical, indeed about the place. (Which doesn't seem to do a thing for the blatant bigotry I witnessed there. Not everyone is a New Age happy shiny person.)

My dad woke me up as he spotted 3 lights moving in the sky. Lights went from 3 to 4 in minutes. We thought it was spotlights but it stayed with our car as we traveled 20 miles and rotated. Lights were still observable outside of the backseat window after the time of 8:05 pm. Started off as 3 lights, rotated and the lights would move close together then spread out about the wingspan of a LARGE plane. Lights rotated into a ball like form then stretched again, cycle repeated. During the sighting we were trying to figure out what it was, after the sighting we were shocked. We lost sight because as we traveled further north then a change of direction to east. In the video the lights appear as blue but as I watched with my eyes they were a white color.

The sky was dark but not real black and what I saw as I looked up was what looked like was a large flying wing moving horizontal and coming towards us. It moved slowly and there was a brilliant white wavy light streaming a long distance from the trailing edge of the wing. It looked like it was going to pass right over our heads soon and I felt we would eventually see some markings on what appeared to be a brown colored metallic wing that would identify the object. By this time 3 minutes had passed and before it got overhead it stopped and then turned vertically upright and hover for less than a minute then the light on the trailing edge got very bright and extended its length from the trailing edge about a factor of 5. Suddenly as if like a zipper, the light shut off and the object disappeared before our eyes. Everyone was talking about it but after a few minutes everyone resumed their meal as if nothing had happened.
