A must have book for any true esoteric or Bigfoot researcher.
I just finished this book, and enjoyed it very much. It's full of accounts of Bigfoot sightings (and a few other weird beings) of the stranger kind. UFOs, orbs, and much more high strangeness encounters in connection with Bigfoot are related in this book.
I'll share some of the sightings from this book, as well as others, later on; these encounters include the three toed tracks, webbed prints, and creatures with red or orange glowing eyes.
Aside from the juicy collection of really weird things, is Peter Guttilla himself. I love his attitude. These accounts exist, and he has no patience with those researchers who continue to ignore, dismiss, or mock such encounters. Guttilla doesn't have any patience with the skeptical camp either. Good for him. Enough is enough; now let's get on with the investigations, and stop debating if there's anything to investigate. (The same can be said of UFOs.)

Welcome! "Alien Life" tracks the latest discoveries and thoughts in the various elements of the famous Drake Equation. You may notice that this and future entries are shorter than usual; career, family and book deal commitments have forced me to cut back some of my projects. Now, here's today's news:g STARS - In space, no one can hear you scream - which is no bad thing, because scientists have discovered that it is a lot filthier than they thought. See article.g ABODES - More than 250 planets have been found orbiting distant stars. Most of them are "hot Jupiters," giant planets orbiting close to their stars, unlikely places for life to take hold. NASA's Kepler mission hopes to find habitable planets like Earth. Or, perhaps, to discover that there aren't many of them around to find. See articleg LIFE - Looking for evidence of life on Mars or other planets? Finding cellulose microfibers would be the next best thing to a close encounter, according to new research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. See article.g INTELLIGENCE - No one knows exactly when the "first Americans" populated this continent nor who they were, but scientists exploring ancient caves in Oregon have found evidence that they must have arrived from Asia at least 1,200 years earlier than anyone had thought - and some say long before that. See article.g MESSAGE - A recent study suggests it is more energy efficient to communicate across interstellar space by sending physical material - a sort of message in a bottle - than beams of electromagnetic radiation. Solid matter can hold more information and journey farther than radio waves, which disperse as they travel. See article.g COSMICUS - Admittedly, at least for now, the idea of a beanstalk-like space elevator connecting Earth and space is a stretch. See article.g LEARNING - Book alert: Few terms in the space vocabulary are as polarizing as this three-letter acronym: UFO. For some, it represents not just Unidentified Flying Objects, but a virtual universe of extraterrestrial visitations, alien abductions, and-of course-a vast web of government and multinational conspiracies to deny their presence. To others, it's a symbol of hoaxes and fantasies or, at best, wishful thinking. For those in the latter camp, there might be some trepidation to pick up a book titled "Beyond UFOs." Rest assured, though: despite the presence of that three-letter acronym, this book is actually a solid, factually-based look at the science of astrobiology and the prospects for life-intelligent or otherwise-elsewhere in the universe. See article. For related story, see "E.T.? An intriguing possibility in "Beyond UFOs".g IMAGINING - Think of your favorite alien on TV or in the movies. Do you have the image in mind? I'd bet that your alien is pretty darn smart. However, despite what we see in "Star Wars" and "Star Trek," the author of "The Science of Aliens" doesn't expect intelligence to be an inevitable result of evolution on other worlds. See article.

WHAT ARE UFOS AND WHERE DO THEY COME FROM
COPYRIGHT 2012, EDUCATING HUMANITY, INC.UFO THEORIESEXTRATERRESTRIAL HYPOTHESISTHE EXTRATERRESTRIAL HYPOTHESIS (ETH) IS THE BELIEF THAT UFOS ARE VEHICLES FROM OTHER PLANETS THAT CONTAIN INTELLIGENT LIFE FOR THE PURPOSE OF VISITING EARTH. THIS BEING THE MOST POPULAR VIEW AMONG THE PUBLIC HAS BEEN LOSING GROUND AMONG THOSE THAT HAVE GIVEN UFOLOGY SERIOUS STUDY AND THOUGHT OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. THIS IS THE PERCEPTION THAT HOLLYWOOD HAS ROMANTICIZED AND ADVANCED TO THE PUBLIC BUT IS PROBABLY THE LEAST LIKELY. THE CHANCES OF INTELLIGENT LIFE CLIMBING INTO TO SOME TYPE OF SPACE VEHICLE AND VISITING EARTH ARE PRETTY SLIM. BACK IN THE 1930'S THIS WAS THE MAIN THEORY PUT FORWARD, SINCE THEN PHYSICS AND SCIENCE HAVE ADVANCED TO THE POINT OF MAKING THIS THEORY ALMOST IRRELEVANT. IT NOW SEEMS THAT THIS IS FAR TOO A SIMPLE EXPLANATION AND IN FACT DOES NOT EXPLAIN ALL THE STRANGE THINGS REPORTED BY WITNESSES. THE UNIVERSE IS NOT REALLY AS COMPLEX AS ONE MIGHT THINK BUT IT IS FULL OF THINGS AND KNOWLEDGE THAT MAN HAS YET TO COMPREHEND OR EXPERIENCE SO THE SIMPLE HOLLYWOOD EXPLANATION IS PROBABLY FAR FROM REALISTIC.
CONSPIRACY THEORYA UFO CONSPIRACY THEORY IS ANY ONE OF MANY OFTEN OVERLAPPING CONSPIRACY THEORIES WHICH ARGUE THAT EVIDENCE OF THE REALITY OF UFOS IS BEING SUPPRESSED BY VARIOUS GOVERNMENTS AROUND THE WORLD. THE PREVAILING THOUGHT IS THAT EARTH GOVERNMENTS, ESPECIALLY THE UNITED STATES AND TO A LESSER EXTENT RUSSIA ARE IN COMMUNICATION ">PORTALSAS OF 2012 PORTALS HAVE MOVED FROM THEORETICAL TO REALITY. A NASA-SPONSORED RESEARCHER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF IOWA HAS DEVELOPED A WAY FOR SPACECRAFT TO HUNT DOWN HIDDEN MAGNETIC PORTALS IN THE VICINITY OF EARTH. THESE PORTALS LINK THE MAGNETIC FIELD OF OUR PLANET TO THAT OF THE SUN.THE EXISTENCE OF PORTALS WOULD GO A LONG WAY IN EXPLAINING THE ERRATIC AND VERY SHORT DURATION OF MANY UFO SIGHTINGS. COULD IT BE POSSIBLE THAT UFOS ARE ONLY SEEN AS THEY "UNCLOAK" JUST PRIOR TO ENTERING OR EXITING A PORTAL. SINCE WE KNOW THAT PORTALS EXIST BETWEEN PLANET EARTH AND THE SUN THAN IT ONLY STANDS TO REASON THAT PORTALS WOULD EXIST BETWEEN GALAXIES. THIS WOULD EXPLAIN WHY WE HAVE NOT FOUND ANYBODY LIVING IN OUR IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORHOOD. MAYBE THERE IS AN ABUNDANCE OF LIFE IN THE UNIVERSE BUT NOT IN OUR MILKY WAY. IT COULD BE THEY ARE TRAVERSING THE GALAXIES USING THESE PORTALS OR HYPERLINKS. TO ON PORTALS CLICK HERE.
WORMHOLE THEORYTHERE IS NO OBSERVATIONAL EVIDENCE FOR WORMHOLES, BUT ON A THEORETICAL LEVEL THERE ARE VALID SOLUTIONS TO THE EQUATIONS OF THE THEORY OF GENERAL RELATIVITY WHICH CONTAIN WORMHOLES. BECAUSE OF ITS ROBUST THEORETICAL STRENGTH, A WORMHOLE IS ALSO KNOWN AS ONE OF THE GREAT PHYSICS METAPHORS FOR TEACHING GENERAL RELATIVITY.THIS SOUNDS VERY HOLLYWOOD BUT THE IDEA OF BENDING DISTANCE AND TIME HAS BEEN AROUND FOR YEARS. IN THEORY THIS WORKS AND AS A PRACTICAL MATTER IT COULD EXPLAIN THE VAST DISTANCES INTELLIGENT LIFE WOULD HAVE TO TRAVEL TO VISIT EARTH. THIS MOVES THE ETH "FROM ANOTHER PLANET THEORY" TO A ENTIRELY NEW LEVEL.
ANCIENT ALIEN THEORYTHIS THEORY IS GAINING IN POPULARITY AND IT PROPOSES THAT EXTRATERRESTRIAL BEINGS HAVE BEEN VISITING EARTH SINCE THE ADVENT OF MAN. IT PUTS FORWARD THAT EARLY MAN WAS IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THESE ENTITIES EVEN BENEFITING FROM ALIEN TECHNOLOGY TO BUILD VARIOUS PYRAMIDS AND STRUCTURES AROUND THE WORLD. THERE IS SOME STRONG EVIDENCE THAT MAN WAS MUCH MORE ADVANCED THAN ORIGINALLY THOUGHT OR DID HAVE TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT FROM UNKNOWN RESOURCES. PROPONENTS SUGGEST THAT THIS CONTACT INFLUENCED THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN BEINGS AND THAT MAN'S DNA MAY HAVE AN ALIEN VARIANT. DUE TO MANS LACK OF SOPHISTICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNOLOGY THESE ALIENS WERE MISIDENTIFIED AS RELIGIOUS DEITIES OR GODS AND THEIR TECHNOLOGY WERE EVIDENCE OF THEIR DIVINE STATUS. EARLY WRITINGS AND SCRIPTURES,SUCH AS, VEDAS SCRIPTURES, VARIOUS SAN-SCRIPT WRITINGS (FROM INDIA, CHINA, PAKISTAN) AND EVEN THE BIBLE SEEM TO CONFIRM THIS HYPOTHESIS.
BIOLOGICAL THEORY (ATMOSPHERIC LIFE FORMS)WHEN YOU STOP AND GIVE THIS ASPECT OF THE UFO EQUATION SOME THOUGHT THIS REALLY HAS TO BE TRUE. WE KNOW THAT LIFE IS TENACIOUS, PERSISTENT AND PROCREATES JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME UNDER ALMOST ANY CONDITIONS.Why should this aspect of life be any different in space or in the greater universe. There are some laws that are truly universal, one of them is that life will find a way to flourish even in the most adverse and unexpected circumstances. For links to additional articles click here.
QUANTUM PHYSICSQUANTUM PHYSICS HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE THE 1920 BUT WE ARE ONLY JUST BEGINNING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IT REALLY IS AND WHAT IT MEANS TO MANKIND. WHEN THE POSSIBILITY OF MORE THAN ONE UNIVERSE WAS MENTION IT WAS PRETTY RADICAL STUFF. EVEN TODAY QUANTUM PHYSICS IS JUST ON THE FRINGE OF MAINSTREAM DISCUSSION. IT IS ALWAYS HARD FOR US TO BELIEVE IN THINGS THAT WE CANNOT SEE OR FULLY UNDERSTAND. While at a glance this may seem like just another strange theory, it contains many clues as to the fundamental nature of the universe and is more important then even relativity in the grand scheme of things. Furthermore, it describes the nature of the universe as being much different then the world we see.Ronald Reagan (attempting to prove the existence of God) once said that he wanted to invite 20 atheist to the White House for a grand meal. After the meal was devoured he was going to ask his guest if they believed that there was a cook in the kitchen even though they never saw him/her. Sometimes you just have to believe in things that you cannot see, feel or touch. As Niels Bohr said, "Anyone who is not shocked by quantum theory has not understood it." For an article on the top 10 ways quantum physics will change our lives click here.
ALTERNATIVE DIMENSIONS, REALMS OR UNIVERSESTHEORIES WITH MORE THAN ONE DIMENSION OF TIME HAVE OCCASIONALLY BEEN ADVANCED IN PHYSICS, WHETHER AS A SERIOUS DESCRIPTION OF REALITY OR JUST AS A CURIOUS POSSIBILITY. THIS THEORY IS GAINING MOMENTUM AS MORE AND MORE SCIENTIST BELIEVE IN QUANTUM PHYSICS. IF YOU BELIEVE LIKE MANY RESPECTED SCIENTIST HAVE COME TO BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE MULTIVERSES (MORE THAN ONE UNIVERSE) THAN IT IS NOT THAT MUCH OF A STRETCH TO BELIEVE THAT BEINGS COULD BE TRAVELING BETWEEN UNIVERSES (DIMENSIONS). THIS DOES NECESSARILY MEAN THAT INTELLIGENT LIFE FORMS ARE "TIME TRAVELING" BUT THEY ARE SIMPLY TRAVELING BETWEEN DIMENSIONS, REALMS OR UNIVERSES.
HOLLOW EARTH THEORYThis theory proposes that the planet earth is either entirely hollow or otherwise contains a substantial interior space. In the early 19th century an American eccentric, John Cleves Symmes (1779-1829), sought funding for an expedition to enter the earth through one of two 4,000-mile wide polar holes. Inside the Earth, he was convinced, a benevolent advanced civilization existed.Though an object of derision to most people, some took him seriously, and the idea of a hollow Earth was championed in a number of books throughout the rest of the century and right into the next.Today, hollow-earthers believe flying saucers travel in and out of the polar holes. The people inside are descendants of Atlantis and its Pacific equivalent, Lemuria.
EARTHLIGHTS, BALL LIGHTENING HYPOTHESISPEOPLE HAVE REPORTED SEEING BALL LIGHTNING-A RARE PHENOMENON THAT RESEMBLES A GLOWING SPHERE OF ELECTRICITY-FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS. BALL LIGHTNING OFTEN APPEARS DURING THUNDERSTORMS AND TYPICALLY GLOWS, SPINS, HISSES, BOUNCES, AND FLOATS. BUT SCIENTISTS STILL CAN'T EXPLAIN WHAT CAUSES IT, OR EVEN EXACTLY WHAT IT IS. (ALTHOUGH IN 2006 BRAZIL'S PHYSICIST ANTONIA PAVOA BELIEVES HE RECREATED IT IN A LAB)Related to the balls of light hypothesis is the earthlights or earthquake lights hypothesis which is based on the work of various independent researchers who have attempted to link UFO sightings where geological faults and geomagnetic fluctuations occur.
MAN-MADE UFOS / BACK ENGINEERED TECHNOLOGY GOVERNMENTS AND MILITARY HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO EMULATE THE PERFORMANCE OF UFOS FOR DECADES. PILOTS (ESPECIALLY SINCE WWII) HAVE REPORTED THAT THESE CRAFT HAVE PERFORMED PHENOMENAL FEATS AND ARE CAPABLE OF SPEEDS THAT FAR EXCEEDS OUR CURRENT TECHNOLOGY. A GOOD EXAMPLE OF THESE EFFORTS CAN BE UNDERSTOOD BY READING ABOUT THE AVRO Corporation which mysteriously and abruptly closed their doors in 1962. For a list of the top 11 man-made UFOs click here.EVER SINCE THE FAMOUS ROSWELL INCIDENT OF 1947 THERE HAS BEEN SERIOUS SPECULATION THAT THE US MILITARY HAS ATTEMPTED TO BACK ENGINEER UFO TECHNOLOGY. IN THE EVENT THAT THE US MILITARY ACTUALLY TOOK POSSESSION OF THIS TYPE OF TECHNOLOGY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ONLY NATURAL TO DO SO. THERE HAVE BEEN CLAIMS BY HIGH RANKING OFFICIALS THAT OTHER TECHNOLOGIES WERE DISCOVERED AT THE SAME TIME WHICH INCLUDE, NIGHT VISION CAPABILITIES, LASERS, BULLET PROOF VEST TO NAME JUST A FEW. FOR A LIST OF 12 TECHNOLOGIES THAT WERE DEVELOPED IN THE 1950'S AND 60'S THAT MAY HAVE HAD ALIEN ORIGIN, CLICK HERE.
OTHER THEORIESTHERE ARE OTHER THEORIES ABOUT WHERE UFOS COMES FROM AND THE REASON WE SEE THEM BUT THEY ARE TOO NUMEROUS TO GO INTO HERE. SOME OF THOSE THEORIES INCLUDE. * CRYPTOTERRESTRIAL HYPOTHESIS - THE BELIEF THAT EXTRATERRESTRIAL INTELLIGENCE IS NOT OF OUR PLANET, BUT LIVING AMONG US. * ELECTROMAGNETIC HYPOTHESIS - EARTHS MAGNETIC FIELDS AFFECT HUMAN PERCEPTION (SIMILAR TO EARTHLIGHTS). * GEOPHYSICAL LOCATIONS - CERTAIN GEOPHYSICAL LOCATIONS HAVE A STRONG EFFECT ON HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS (SIMILAR TO EARTHLIGHTS). * HOAX - THE THEORY THAT ALL UFOS ARE FAKE AND PERPETRATED ON THE PUBLIC INTENTIONALLY, FOR A SHORT VIDEO ON HOW TO SPOT A HOAX, CLICK HERE. * MASS DELUSION - FOR MULTIPLE WITNESSES, SOMETIMES THOUSANDS TO HAVE A FALSE BELIEF BORDERING ON PSYCHOTIC, EXAMPLES INCLUDE PHOENIX LIGHTS AND THE BELGIUM WAVE. * MISIDENTIFIED HYPOTHESIS - ALL UFOS ARE MAN MADE OR NATURAL. * PARANORMAL HYPOTHESIS - PARANORMAL ACTIVITY CAUSES THE HUMAN MIND TO MATERIALIZE OBJECTS. * PHYCCOTRONIC HYPOTHESIS - THE BELIEF THAT THE UFO PHENOMENA IS THE RESULT OF THE MANIFESTATION OF THE HUMAN SUBCONSCIOUS. * PSYCHO-SOCIAL HYPOTHESIS - THIS THEORY SAYS PEOPLE ARE A PRODUCT OF THEIR SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND HUMAN BEHAVIOR EXPLAINS UFOS, SUCH AS, WISHFUL THINKING, HALLUCINATIONS, MISIDENTIFICATION ETC. THIS IS A ONE SIZE FITS ALL EXPLANATION.ORIGINALLY I THOUGHT UFOS WERE ACTUAL SPACECRAFT THAT WERE VISITING EARTH FOR UNKNOWN REASONS. SINCE MY UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL SIGHTING IN 1994 I HAVE GIVEN THIS MUCH THOUGHT, DISCUSSED THE SIGHTING WITH SOME PROMINENT UFOLOGIST AND READ EVERYTHING I COULD GET MY HANDS ON. MY BELIEFS OVER THE YEARS HAVE BROADENED GREATLY. I NOW BELIEVE;
PERSONAL OBSERVATIONS * UFOS ARE REAL AND ARE PILOTED BY INTELLIGENT LIFEFORMS. * UFO ARE CRAFT THAT TRAVEL THE UNIVERSE(S). * THE CRAFT ARE OPERATED BY ELECTROMAGNETIC POWER. * THE UFO PHENOMENA IS SOMEHOW CONNECTED TO THE EARTH MAGNETIC POLES. * THE DIRECTIONAL CAPABILITIES OF THESE CRAFT ARE PERFORMED MOSTLY BY MIND CONTROL. * THE UNIVERSE IS POPULATED WITH MANY ALIEN SPECIES. * ALIENS ARE CURRENTLY ON EARTH AND OTHERS HAVE VISITED EARTH. * THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT SOME UFOS ARE BIOLOGICAL. * OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE UNIVERSE IS IN ITS INFANCY. * OUR THEORIES OF SCIENCE AND PHYSICS ARE VASTLY TOO YOUNG TO BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. * EINSTEIN'S SPEED LIMIT, "THE SPEED OF LIGHT" IS ONLY A SMALL BEGINNING. * QUANTUM PHYSICS IS BEGINNING TO SHED SOME LIGHT ON THE UNIVERSE. * THE THEORY OF THE MULTIVERSE IS GAINING ACCEPTANCE WITHIN THE SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY AND TO A LESSER EXTENT THE PUBLIC. * WORMHOLES OR SOME FROM OF FAST LONG DISTANCE TRANSPORT ARE REAL. * THE RUSSIANS AND AMERICANS ARE VERY MUCH AWARE OF THIS SITUATION. * IT IS POSSIBLE THAT MAN'S DNA HAS SOME TYPE OF ALIEN GENETIC MAKEUP * FOR THE BEST SPECULATION ON HOW UFO MIGHT WORK CLICK HEREHERE IS A CONDENSED HISTORY OF THE UFO.
One night while at a friends we brought up the issue of ufos, I made a quick joke and my friend insured me that I would see one that night. As he said that another friend which lives about a block away called me to stop by his house and discuss things, pretty much hang out. Right as I get there we find ourselves in his backyard talking about ufos, entities, and the universe with his younger brother. As we are discussing his younger brother switches the subject not even a sentence or two in the conversation his brother stops in awe and we spot a orange orb some what switching colors and moving across the sky we look at eachother trying to deny the fact that it is there at the same time we comfired it to be a ufo it stopped almost like they heard us. It sits there for a minute or two and just spirals out to a triangle in other words this one orb let out two other orbs in a perfect spiral to the point that we can see the spiral trail. While the triangle stood there it started ejecting what seemed like fireballs to the ground and absorbing them from the distance we were at we could hear the fireballs flaring it was strange. At this point I pull out my phone and try to record the sighting. I stood there taking a good five to seven pictures and recorded about three to four videos. It stops exhaling and inhaling fireballs and spirals back to one orb, it hovers about for a few seconds does a small z and zaps out of the sky to what I'm assuming is a portal right when it disappeared we heard a small sonic boom and seen the trail it left behind. This is were I think this sighting was being watched by not just us but by the government. Right after this happened we realized that we were there for more than seven to eight minutes we run inside to inform everyone who was awake and show them the pictures and videos right as I show my friends brother, sister and his mom the pictures they begin to delete and blackout I was left with two videos that were being played with on my phone in front of my eyes. I felt like sharing this story to people that would actually listen and can relate to this phenomena. I feel that you guys have the right equipment to verify the video I have to be real. If you pause at 1-3 seconds you can see a single orb. At 9-10 seconds you can see the triangle spitting fire and an additional maroon orb which the camera caught.

* Dari masa depan - Time Travel Hypothesis (TTH)
SEBERAPA BESAR UKURAN UFO?
Selain bentuknya beraneka ragam, ukuran UFO juga bervariasi. Ada yang kecil sampai yang besar. Diklasifikasikan sebagai berikut:
* Ukuran kecil sekali: sekitar 20 cm
* Ukuran kecil: sekitar 5 meter.
* Ukuran agak kecil: sekitar 10 meter.
* Ukuran sedang; sekitar 20 meter.
* Ukuran cukup besar, sekitar 30-50 meter.
MULAI KAPAN ISTILAH PIRING TERBANG MENJADI POPULER?
