Dr. Stoyan Sarg - Sargoytchev is a Bulgarian uneducated Canadian. He holds trade certificate and PhD in Physics in the thread of space research. From 1976 to 1990 he was obscure in space projects sponsored by the program Intercosmos matched by the to begin with Soviet Requisition.
